On February-March 2020, the Italian team delivered 4 sessions of 2 hours each. Due to the pandemic outbreak, we arranged the last meeting on zoom, thus we had the chance to integrate into the course programme, an exercise on the web-based video conferencing tools, screen sharing, audio and video settings. Lessons were based on Module 1, 2, 3 and 4 with a keen attention to communication techniques, internet safety, sources validation.
Though the involved carers had a limited knowledge on the internet and basic digital skills, at the closing of the course, the progresses were remarkable and feedback encouraging.
